July 8: Yesterday, I had a very upsetting situation that put me over the edge of the precipice I've been teetering on for two months. I had a sobbing, body shaking, heaving cry! There you go Justin Timberlake - I cried you a river. It needed to happen. I was a mess. Life can be hard! It's not for sissies as one elderly patient once told me. I was even questioning why I'm on this earth...and feeling like I don't want to be. Have you been there? I think most everyone has at least once in their life. But most of us don't give up. Tragically some do. The rest pick themselves up, sometimes literally off the floor, and carry on the best they can. Hope, faith, and the love and support of others helps make that possible. Never underestimate the difference you can make for someone who is struggling! If you are the one struggling, don't carry the load alone. Reach out to others and let them help you. People want to help. I want to help! If you need to talk, please messege or call me.

Today is a new day, a new week. With the prospect of blessings and difficulties, and all the mundane in between. I hope your week makes you smile.
